F.A.Q.

Wedding Packages come with a suit (jacket and pants), dress shirt, tie, and pocket square. We offer several add-ons like belts, vests, shoes and more. You can see the packages and add-ons here.

We require a minimum of 3 suits per package.

Of course. The Father of the Bride and the Father of the Groom and any ushers can be included in your package.

You can change any of the colors or styles on any of the items before they are ordered. We will place the order after every measurement has been received or 1 month before the wedding. After the order has been shipped, we cannot change it.

We do not charge for alterations. That’s the Michael’s Men’s Wear Difference!

We require half of the suit cost upfront as a deposit. The rest will be due upon pickup (or anytime before that). Groomsman will need to be pay their deposit when they get measured. We accept payments over the phone for out of state orders. 

We do our very best to make sure your suit package is just the way you want. We will provide fabric samples for all suits as well as try on garments (black only) for a proper fit. As such, once the suits have been ordered they are yours to keep.

Yes. We understand not everyone lives in in the Black Hills area, but that doesn’t mean they can’t get a suit from us!

There is a measurements guide as well as a downloadable version with instructions and a handy card for recording the measurements. You can find that here.

We do recommend checking to see if all the groomsmen will be in town for the bachelor party. It would take 30 mins for us to get all the measurements from them.

Here is our recommended timeline:

• 3 months before: Choose the desired styles and colors
• 2 months before: Collect measurements
• 1 month before: Place the final order
• 1-2 weeks before: Final fitting
• 2-3 days before: Pick up

Yes, we can still help you. However, certain colors or styles might be out of stock or backordered. There might be a rush charge to cover express shipping fees as well.

Absolutely! Just pick out your packages as normal, we complete your alterations and then we will ship your package to whatever address you provide. This will add an additional shipping charge. The suits may come slightly wrinkled from transportation but most venues have a steamer on hand.

While buying is a better deal in terms of price and quality, we understand that you might want to rent. We offer a full rental package in addition to our wedding packages. You can view an ecatalog here. Visit us in person to see fabric samples.
